SUMMARY:Writing Consciously & Creatively
DESCRIPTION:Writing can be therapeutic\, or even an escape. It’s a personal thing that mustn’t be underestimated. Even if you don’t write regularly or dream of being published someday\, writing is a worthwhile exercise for connecting with yourself\, exploring and discovering.  \n\n\n\nIt doesn’t have to be a lonesome practice. In this workshop\, we’ll do some work in groups\, but only if you’re comfortable doing so. We will ensure it is a wholesome and safe creative space.  \n\n\n\nInspiration can be found in the most unlikely places! No\, really. You’d be surprised what a prompt or an out-of-place object can incite in your mind.  \n\n\n\nFYI: You will not be required to read out anything you write in the workshop. Any sharing will be voluntary\, as the pressure to perform can hinder creative expression.
