Is it time to stink or swim?! \n\n\n\nJoin OBX for a day-long collaborative community workshop to make sculptures that move according to the sea pollution levels. These playful automata models will use sea quality data to help you know if it’s swimming day or not and are a community-driven response to the sewage dumping crisis. Think weather houses\, but with data! \n\n\n\nWhether you’re passionate about coding and electronics or you love crafting and collage\, this workshop is for everyone! All you need is your creativity and a willingness to collaborate. OBX staff will be on hand to help you realise your ideas. \n\n\n\nThe Stink or Swim?! workshop will be run by OBX (Hastings Commons’ tech-hub) in partnership with local community tech company Thingitude.
