Writing Consciously & Creatively

Writing can be therapeutic, or even an escape. It’s a personal thing that mustn’t be underestimated. Even if you don’t write regularly or dream of being published someday, writing is a worthwhile exercise for connecting with yourself, exploring and discovering. 

It doesn’t have to be a lonesome practice. In this workshop, we’ll do some work in groups, but only if you’re comfortable doing so. We will ensure it is a wholesome and safe creative space. 

Inspiration can be found in the most unlikely places! No, really. You’d be surprised what a prompt or an out-of-place object can incite in your mind. 

FYI: You will not be required to read out anything you write in the workshop. Any sharing will be voluntary, as the pressure to perform can hinder creative expression. If you’re happy to share anything you write, however, everyone will celebrate and support you.
