Healthy Hastings

Healthy Hastings are free monthly sessions and events throughout 2024 for anyone 55 years and over.
The aim of sessions is to support local people as they age with health information, advice, events and activities. A range of different health staff, organisations and services will be working together to help create a Healthy Hastings!
Join us- Thursday 18th Jan 10.30-12 at the The Observer Building Cambridge Road in Hastings town centre- fully accessible with refreshments available.
At this first session NHS staff in partnership with Hastings Voluntary Action and the Hastings Ageing Network will be talking about a range of health improvement opportunities and interventions including community health marketplaces that will be running this year.
